The BHHS Girls Swim & Dive team had the best showing in the teams history on Saturday at the 2023 Oakland County Swim & Dive Championship, as they tied for 4th place scoring 139.5 pts.

Relay Highlights: The 200 Free Relay team of: Kailey Bachman, Livia Baker, Sophia Hawkins & Bailey Robinson qualified for the MHSAA D1 state meet while placing 7th. The 200 Medley Relay team of: Carissa Hurnevich, Demetra Bicos, Bachman & Robinson placed 3rd and the 400 Free Relay team of: Lindsey Rillema, Hawkins, Violet Keiper & Bicos placed 8th.

Individual Events: Kailey Bachman: 100 Butterfly - 25th, 100 Backstroke - 23rd. Livia Baker: 100 Butterfly - 39th, 100 Breaststroke - 31st. Demetra Bicos: 200 IM - 6th, 500 Free - 3rd. Lauren Falzon: 50 Free - 39th. Sophia Hawkins: 200 Free - 20th, 100 Free - 17th. Carissa Hurnevich: 200 IM - 39th, 100 Back - 33rd. Faith Judge: Diving - 17th, Violet Keiper: 50 Free - 35th, 100 Free - 38th. Claire Morse: 500 Free 36th. Lindsey Rillema: 200 IM - 32nd, 100 Free - 26th. Bailey Robinson: 50 Free - 2nd, 100 Free - 3rd. Taryn Saroken: Diving - 21st. Vivienne VanGemert: 100 Breaststroke - 39th.
