Pay to Participate

Students must pay a participation fee to be eligible to participate in sports for the school year. For students in a "no-cut" sport, the fee is due at the start of the season and for students trying out for the "cut" sports, the fee is due once they have made the team. Payments can be made online here or checks can be made out to "Bloomfield Hills Schools" and turned in to the main office.BHHS Clubs & Sports: $250BHHS Clubs Only: $120

Student-Athlete Physical Exam / Medical History Form

Sports Physicals: For the 2024-25 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2024 to be considered a valid. Please return completed physicals to the athletic office at athletics@bloomfield.org

HFHS Consent for Sports Medicine Services

The Athletic Trainer, Physician, and/or other designated Henry Ford Health System and/or Bloomfield Hills Schools’ staff will perform only those services that are within their training, credential limitations, and scope of professional practice.

Athletic Code of Conduct

Participation in athletic programs in Bloomfield Hills Schools is considered an honor and a privilege that entails an obligation by students to an individual school, the District and the community. This Code is in effect year round (12 months) and participants are expected to conduct themselves in an exemplary manner at all times, including functions that occur outside of school. The Bloomfield Hills Schools Athletic Code of Conduct has been developed and implemented to provide a common set of rules for all students participating in athletics. The Athletic Code of Conduct deals with specific violations that should be applied within every program; however, the code is not intended to be all-inclusive. If no penalty is listed in the code, the coach has the authority to determine the penalty (consistent with the philosophy of the Code).
